Learning remote and empathic hybrids

Because almost all schools around the world are back in some forms or other people, many decide to start the year from the distance with the hope that the Covid-19 case will subside in the coming months. The others have started the year with a kind of hybrid model. There is no easy decision in terms of determining which path is the most appropriate right now. Each, right, presents certain challenges. Apart from the route taken, all the health and safety of students and adults must be a driving force that determines whether it will remain a course or move in the other direction.

There is a lot of pressure on students, parents, and administrators, and even more in teachers. The next few weeks, or even months, will be driven by anxiety, fear, and sometimes confused no matter how ready or the school district. What we have learned about Covid-19 is that it can rotate out of control at times when a break for a moment of social and health recommendations is not followed. However, this is not all chaos and gloom. Throughout the pandemic, educators have embraced new opportunities that have been realized and utilize clean slate. Innovative practices and technologies that may exist in the back-burner last month now in front and center. Rest assured, when the resilience of the teacher and administrator will help provide a new normal better to meet the needs of all students.

Now more than before, empathy is needed to help everyone pass through distance or hybrid learning. The reality is that success is and has been overshadowed by fear, stress, and anxiety at a level that has never been experienced. Below I will discuss six specific fields that can help create a learning culture and empathy learning.

Time

When I work with more teachers throughout the country, this is a number one problem that consistently appears. Teach students to face and far when it's not easy, but I recently developed a pedagogical framework using a rotation station model that can help. Many hybrid learning models throughout the day (usually Wednesday or Friday) for teachers to plan, assess, provide intervention, and conferences with students. Some set aside half a day. Administrators can even cut their duties to free non-instructional teachers. The teacher also needs a time distance, which is why they follow traditional school day schedules do not make sense, especially when asynchronous tasks can be used, freeing a few minutes or even hours.

Support

Teachers and Administrators need professional learning that harmonize the current challenges they face and the demands of education in the world of Covid-19. The presentation target can now be facilitated virtually, both directly and on demand, in a period that is sensitive to time. Embedded training work, most educators, can also be facilitated virtual or face to face. The asynchronous model above time solving time can also be used to reflect the same conditions that will be experienced by students either remotely or in a hybrid model. Support can also come in the form of budget allocations for the required technology, administrators who include class teachers, feedback, mental health terms, listen and then act based on shared concerns, to allocate time every day to check-in with remote students, and give Daily encouragement through inspirational messages. Another suggestion moves around personnel so that there are teachers dedicated only for students from the hybrid model. Although balancing the faces of children and remotely can be done successfully, it is still a challenge.

Grace.

Depending on your position, lead and taught with mercy is a symbol symbol. This can mean many different things for people, but overall it can be marked by being friendly, patient, warm, and good. It's about relationships that are emphasized on discipline or correction.
